I acknowledge that while the salon follows strict sanitation and disinfection protocols, as stipulated by U.S. law, there is still a potential risk of infection.
I hereby release [Salon Name] and its employees from any and all liability if I contract an infection or any other nail-related condition post-treatment.
I agree to inform the nail technician immediately if I experience any pain, discomfort, or any other symptoms during or after the nail service.

- No refunds on services.
- If you are not satisfied with your service, we will re-perform the service within 2 days. (not for color changing)
- Health issues must be communicated prior to service.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash.
- Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without notice, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. This will make the appointment time available to someone else.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
